The OffaBuy platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by OffaBuy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you post on OffaBuy but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform for operational purposes.
Users may not sell counterfeit or trademark-infringing items. We will remove listings and may terminate accounts for intellectual property violations.

You agree that any legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and OffaBuy individually, and shall be conducted in Lagos State, Nigeria, or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under Nigerian law.
